African American children interested in honing their dance moves can study at Collage dance Collective this summer. The Broad Avenue studio, which aims to train more black dancers in ballet, is offering a Summer Intensive Camp for beginner to advanced dancers ages 7 and up. The camp, lead by professionals from New York, Atlanta, and D.C., runs July 1 to 13, from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturdays, from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Students, separated by ability, will take four to five classes per day. Register by May 10th. Fee is $400.
