On Saturday, May 12, 2018, Epiphany Lutheran Church will host their Garden Spring Kickoff Event “Bee Ready – Build A Bee House!” This fun, family event at the Epiphany Community Garden (located at the corner of Wolf River Blvd. and Bray Station Road in Collierville) is open to the public and will take place from 9:30 am – noon.
Epiphany will have light refreshments, and special treats and presents for all mothers to honor them on Mother’s Day Weekend will be given away.
Everyone who attends can build a mason bee house to take home, along with instructions on where to place the bee house in their own yard or garden for best results. Volunteers are welcome to come and work the garden on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 8:30 am – 11:30 am (weather permitting).
