Kite Day at Church of the River

Join us to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Kite Day. For 50 years, families have gathered on this special day to fly colorful kites above the Mississippi River bluff as a welcome to spring and all its delights.

 Bring a blanket, have a picnic, and relax. Kites can be purchased from our youth groups, along with sandwiches, so all you really need to do is show up! Invite your friends and family to enjoy this honored tradition.
