Habitat for Humanity of Greater Memphis kicks off this Art & Essay Contest for Shelby County students in grade K-12.
Students create an art piece or write an essay focusing on housing in Memphis and around the world. Prizes for winning entries range from $50-$1000 across various age groups. Entry will be exhibited by Habitat Memphis and recognized during Carter Work Project festivities taking place August 21-26.
