A kid-friendly course featuring four pre-recorded videos led by a mental wellness professional. The videos begin with a mindfulness exercise and end with a fun hands-on activity. For children in K-4th grade. $25-$40. Covers all supplies needed. Additional supply packages, $10 a child. The supply box will arrive on your doorstep on Friday, August 14, or pick up.
