Poetry Symposium kicks off the two-day MLK 50 Drop the Mic Poetry events. Features workshops on key components on mechanics, expression, branding, and art as activism. 

Open to anyone interested in enhancing their creativity and engagement as a poet, spoken word artist or community activist. Recommended for ages 14 and above.
