MLK50 Event features screening of Let Freedom Sing with a special pre-show performance by IRIS musicians, UofM Rudi e. Scheidt of Music Chamber string students, and Black Arts Alliance singers, dancers, and poets. Guest speaker Rev. Dr. Harold Middlebrook shares his story of friendship with Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. 

Event takes place on Tuesday, April 3, from 11 a.m. until noon and also from 6:30-9:30 p.m.
