The CMOM tradition - New Year's @ Noon continues for over 25 years. Features a glow party complete with DJ and dance floor, fun crafts, balloon art, and glowing face painting. Count down and balloon drop at noon. This year, instead of throwing the candy, each child receives their own goodie bag.
