The 16th annual production returns to the Cannon Center with the Memphis Symphony Orchestra playing selections from Tchaikovsky’s original score and the Memphis Symphony Big Band swinging arrangements from Duke Ellington’s jazz version of the Nutcracker. There’s live flamenco, hip-hop, classical ballet, African drumming, even some Booker T & The MG’s inspiring the dancers onstage!
