Super Saturday - Abstract Sculptures

Join us for this Super Saturday celebrating the work of Chakaia Booker, a groundbreaking artist known for her iconic abstract tire sculptures. In honor of Women’s History Month, explore Booker’s unique artistic style and create your own version of her famous works using black construction paper.

Using construction paper, scissors, glue, and staplers we’ll cut, fold, and assemble our own striking abstract sculptures. Super Saturday is open to all ages and skill levels. Drop in and leave with your own Booker-inspired masterpiece!
