Tennessee Shakespeare Company is hosting its 10th Annual Gala with special guest Alton Fitzgerald White, known for holding the record of playing the role of Mufasa in the Broadway production of “The Lion King.”
White will sing selections from past Broadway shows in which he has appeared, hits from the classical Disney songbook and favorite standards from other award-winning musicals. Guests will also enjoy a lavish buffet dinner and cocktails; an Elizabethan Midway featuring games, costumes, photo booths and opportunities to act with TSC performers; live and silent auctions; and a drawing for “The Broadway Weekend Trip for Two” to New York City. All proceeds benefit TSC’s innovative Education Program. Sponsor packages available.
