UrbanArt Commission (UAC) is kicking off the Summer with Revisiting, a series of temporary artworks and performances in response to public art around Memphis!

At the Benjamin L. Hooks Library, installation artist Paige Ellens will transform the colorful trees of Nancy Cheairs’ Summer into a shimmering, immersive forest of found objects and recycled VHS tape foliage. The installation will remain for one month, with an opening reception on June 20, 2019 from 6:00-8:00 PM.

Come prepared for a dose of 90's nostalgia and wonder. Families and the young at heart welcome!
