Join us for a Walk in the Park at Shelby Farms. The event starts with registration from 11-11:45 a.m., followed by a group workout from 12-12:30 p.m., and a walk beginning at 12:30 p.m.
The free event includes healthy snacks, music, dancing, and health information. Register in advance at methodisthealth.org/event/2025-walk-in-the-park.
