I'll admit it. I'm obsessed with nomorerack.com.
I don’t know if it’s because it offers insanely low prices on quality clothing, accessories, and children’s items, or because I’m rarely quick enough to take advantage of its daily bargain bonanza.
Case in point: On the Friday I am writing this column, there it is — a gorgeous lavender vegan leather tote that retails for $129.99 — on sale for $29. But darn if it doesn’t sell out in less than five minutes.
No More Rack’s motto is “1 day, 8 deals.” The deals go live at 12 noon EST, opening a virtual floodgate for bargain-happy shoppers. But you have to be quick on your mouse to score a deal. The day I had hoped to purchase the aforementioned lavender purse, it had sold out by 12:03 p.m. I selected the purse exactly when the day’s deals went live, but I evidently didn’t click fast enough to prevail.
Other sales that day were snapped up quickly too, including a ruffled wrap dress that retailed for $59.99, on sale for $12. I did manage to score an art nouveau enamel bracelet for $7, that normally sells for $49.99. Shipping is a flat $2 per item.
If you want to try nomorerack.com, make sure to register on the website so you receive email alerts each morning before the daily sale goes online. The eight deals are available until 11:59 a.m. the next day or until they sell out. Friday deals are available through Monday. The eight deals include men and women’s fashion, children’s goods, accessories, cosmetics, entertainment, handbags, home, and electronics.
No More Rack merchandise is brand new, according to the website. Some of its goods are closeouts, overstocks, and returned items ranging from designer to lesser-known brands. You can even earn money to buy items there by referring friends to the site; check out the website for details.
