The Mid-South Balloon Festival, formerly known as the Collierville Balloon Festival, has announced its return this year — September 20-21, with a new location at the corner of TN-57 and Frazier Road, in Rossville, TN.
This year's festival, presented by Alston Construction, will feature over 20 stunning hot air balloons, live entertainment, food trucks, arts and crafts vendors, and activities for the entire family. Additionally, Friday Night Lights, a private event for children and adults with special needs and their families, will be held on Fri., September 19. Proceeds from the Mid-South Balloon Festival support community educational programs, and so far the festival has raised almost $400,000 for programs, since becoming a nonprofit event in 2022.
We are thrilled to bring the Mid-South Balloon Festival back in 2025, bigger and better than ever,” says Chad Lindsay, VP and general manager at Alston Construction, and president of the Mid-South Balloon Festival. “This event is more than just a magical display of hot air balloons. It’s a celebration of community, family fun, and giving back.”
