The Children’s Museum of Memphis presents its annual Mardi Gras Bash, bringing the spirit of New Orleans to Memphis this Sat., March 1, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Families are invited to join in the festivities and celebration through music, crafts, and a parade as the museum transforms into the streets of Louisiana.

Children will be immersed in the magic of Mardi Gras with activities including:
- Mask and crown decorating - Customize your festive accessories with gold, green, and purple accents.
- Dance party - Show off your moves to a DJ spinning Cajun-inspired tunes.
- Parade prep - Decorate your cardboard float and prepare to roll in the museum’s indoor Mardi Gras parade.
- Storytime - Gather around for a tale about an old, tired alligator and his big pot of gumbo.
- Scavenger hunt - Collect prizes as you solve your way through the scavenger hunt.
