15th Annual Reelfoot Lake Eagle Festival @ Reelfoot Lake State Park
February 1-3 – Friday, 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Saturday, 6 a.m.-8 p.m. Sunday, 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
Calling all bird enthusiasts to head over to Reelfoot Lake State Park (home to 35 nesting resident eagles) in Tiptonville, TN and be marveled by the majestic beauty of our national bird. Festivities include eagle and waterfowl tours, sunrise guided photography bus tour led by naturalist David Haggard, wildlife education program with Bob Tarter and his amazing animals, Native American “John Lone Eagle” music performance, art and photo contests, children’s activities, Live Birds of Prey program with Stokes, and vendors. Free ‘goodie bags’ given to the first 100 family units.

Four actors bring historical events to stage recounting lives of prominent figures including Ida B. Wells and Sojourner Truth and incidents such as the Montgomery Bus Boycott.
