Love to go on an art adventure around town? Hop on the Double Decker bus and drop in for a visit to Collierville’s Community Art Galleries at the Morton Museum, Collierville Town Hall, and Collierville Burch Library. Watch artist demos and create your own art at activity stations at the museum. This event also marks the opening for the Museum's annual Retrospective art exhibit, a group display of artwork from 2017 community artists.

IndiaFest 2017 @ The Agricenter

How would you like to get a taste of India without leaving the Mid-South? Head over to the Agricenter for the 15th annual festival focusing on the theme – Unity in Diversity. Festivities range from Bollywood dance performances, henna painting, children’s corner to Indian cuisine and artifacts, clothing and jewelry bazaar.
$5/adult. $1/child ages 5-12. Free for children ages 5 and under. To support Mid-South Food Bank, kids are encouraged to bring cans for free entry.
Community Day: American Sculpture @ Memphis Brooks Museum of Art

Anyone interested in the art of sculpting and collages? Then here’s your opportunity to celebrate Coming to America: Lachaise, Laurent, Nadelman, and Zorach, 1914 – 1945 exhibit and the newest Rotunda Project, Pie in the Sky at the Brooks. Enjoy hands-on art activity led by the University of Memphis art students, dance performances featuring Spoon by Project: Motion, and jazz music by U of M Faculty Jazz Band Trio.
