NAMI Friends of Tennessee is sponsoring FREE educational classes through the NAMI Memphis affiliate office. BASICS is a six week self-help course for those caring for a child under the age of 25, who has been diagnosed with a mental illness. Topics include diagnosis, medications, problem management, communications skills, wellness, and advocacy.
