Parents are invited to join for the inaugural event of Memphis Science Cafe at Cafe Eclectic and learn about Zika Virus with Dr. Husni Elbahesh, assistant professor at University of Tennessee Health Sciences Center. 

Science Cafes are dynamic, two-way interactions between a highlighted scientist speaker and the public that happens in informal community gathering spaces all over the world. 

This initiative pioneered by Postdoctoral Leadership Council at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and Life Science of Tennessee is geared towards increasing dialogues between scientists in the STEM fields and the public in the Greater Memphis area.
