MPL FitNexx Youth Program Launch

A virtual interactive fitness program designed for families to get active together at home through cardio fitness programs that are fun and challenging. FitNexx uses motion capture technology to turn your body into a 3D image and uses markers such as knees and hands to track data and analyze your workout performance. Families are invited to Raleigh Library for a live demo and to test this innovative program before it's available for home use this fall. Free.
