Each class will focus on a mindfulness practice and will include practical uses of increasing your awareness to how your respond to everyday stressors.
Parents will also learn how their stress responses can impact the relationship with their children. Learn self-soothing skills and reduce stress.
Parents can discuss their issues and receive feedback and support from other the group & UPP Family Coach, Angie Thomason, facilitator. • Registration is required. Space is limited.
