West FIGHT ON is multi-sport celebration of the cancer-fighting spirit of our community to raise funds for The West Institute. This annual event takes place at Shelby Farms Park and attracts cyclists, runners, walkers, sponsors, and volunteers from all across the Mid-South.
There are three different cycling routes: 20, 40, and 62 miles with fun and festive SAG stops along the routes as well as rolling SAGs to support cyclists along their ride. For those who want an extra challenge, sign up for the 20 mile ride and 5K run combo.
The West FIGHT ON 5K takes over 1,000 runners on a scenic loop around Patriot Lake. There is also a 1 mile walk option great for families. All races use chip timing and are managed by Start2Finish.
The post-race party in Celebration Village features brunch, live entertainment, local vendor, awards ceremonies, kids’ activities, and a touching memorial honoring those whose lives have been touched by cancer.
